Skills Development Workshops
Empowering young adults with disabilities to live independently, confidently, and with purpose.
Dynamic Cares created the Skills Development Workshops to help young adults gain the life, social, and professional skills needed to thrive in adulthood. Each workshop combines practical learning, mentorship, and community involvement in a supportive, interactive setting.
Who It Is For
These workshops are for young adults with disabilities who are preparing for independence, employment, or higher education. Participants typically range from 16 to 30, but all adults who want to build new skills are encouraged to apply.

- Navigating public transportation and community spaces safely
- Strengthening time management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Building friendships, social confidence, and self-advocacy
- Exploring personal goals and creating an individual plan for independence
